1)It has high-end version and economic version.Economic version calendar sublimation machine doesn鈥檛 have functions as below:
鈶燗utomatic pneumatic pressure
鈶n air shaft
鈶utomatic alignment of belt
2)It is different from 桅420mm,桅600mm,桅800mm and 桅1000mm. It doesn鈥檛 have the motor to move blanket automatically.So blanket needs to be manually moved in and out.
3)Working pressure normally is set to 3kg to 4kg.Too small or too big pressure can not get perfect result.
4)Worktable length is 1 meter.Speed is 35m to 50m per hour,so it doesn鈥檛 need long table.
5)It is installed 6pcs of heating element inside of drum and filled with oil.
6)Chrome-plated and Teflon coating drum are available.But chrome-plated is recommended. 99% of customers prefer to chrome-plated drum.
